I am late in the week posting. Was trying to convince DH that its a good idea for me to join gym emoticon
My #1 Fitness Goal for this week has been to add ST.
#2 Continue to aim for 200 minutes
Sun - 30min Swim
Tues - 40 min treadmill + 15 pushups!
Wed - ST - Leg Extensions, Seated Row and Arm Curls. 20 min treadmill.
Fri - ST - Leg Extensions, Shoulder Press, 20 min treadmill and 2x5min rowing machine
Total Fitness minutes 145
Total Strength training workouts - 2 at the gym plus working on pushups at home.

I am happy that I am finally including strength training, it actually feels good to have sore muscles, and I tried the rowing machine - which I liked! But I didn't meet my 200 total minutes goal.

My goal is 220 fitness minutes this week.

Sun: off
Mon: 45 min run/walk (4.2 mi)
Tue: 24 min walk outside
Wed: 39 min run/walk (3.5 mi)
Thu:
Fri:
Sat:

The weekly exercise post.

1.) Post your exercise goals for the week.

2.) Post the days of the week.

3.) Come back and enter your exercises by simply clicking "edit"

4.) At the end of the week let us know how you did. Did you meet or exceed your goals? Did you fall short of the goal?

5.) You will get an "award" for your efforts.
