I met all my fitness minutes and swim goals, but due to changing up my fitness goals to include P90X and taking a while to get on board, I didn't meet the rest of my goals.

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

well, belle, you're so not alone...lol

here i go,too.

my goals are 500 minutes for these two weeks. once again, my fitness will consist of walking with and without weights, dvds and wii activities.

week 1

sunday: 30 min. walk 1/2 w/5 lb. weights
monday: 0
tuesday: 35 min. walk 1/2 w/ 5 lb weights
wed.
thurs 15 min. walk no weights
fri.
sat. 50 min walk, 1/2 with 5 lb. weights

week 2

sunday
monday 20 min. walk 1/2 w/weights
tuesday
wednesday 30 min. walk w/ weights
thursday 20 min. walk w/weights
friday 20 min. walk w/weights
saturday 40 min. walk w/weights
saturday

Here I am setting my goals half-way through the week again! - Complete my 4 ST workouts, 4 cardio

Sunday - rest after 5K
Monday - 5 min cardio warmup on Rowing Machine and ST Workout called A1
Tuesday - 5 min cardio warmup on Rowing Machine and St Workout called A2
Wed
Thur
Fri
Sat-Sun - off to Muskoka Woods for final Quiz meet

The weekly exercise post.

1.) Post your exercise goals for the week.

2.) Post the days of the week.

3.) Come back and enter your exercises by simply clicking "edit"

4.) At the end of the week let us know how you did. Did you meet or exceed your goals? Did you fall short of the goal?

5.) You will get an "award" for your efforts.
