I really like this post, so I am back in the game!
Sunday - 2.5 miles treadmill, eliptical and stretching (hotel gym)
Wednesday - 2 miles + ST at gym and sauna (no ST - hurt shoulder)
Thursday - 4 miles (2 miles completed)
Saturday - 4 miles + stretching (not completed - FIL in hospital :(

Two, 15-minute stretching sessions
Two, 30-minute cardio sessions
