I did about 2/3 my goals this week

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

Sun ran 30min
Monday swam 1 mile
Tuesday hiked - ran 30min
Wednesday swam 1 mile
Thursday walked 6k

Sunday

I am stalled on strength training, I am avoiding it for some unreasonable reason, I know it is good for me, I know I feel awesome after I strength train, but I just can't get started. So I am not putting it on my goals this week, try again next week

Goals for this week:Walk 30 minutes at least 5 days, do 5 strength training exercises at least 5 days.
Sun: day off
Mon: walked 30 minutes, 5 strength training exercises for lower body, stretching
Tue:15 minutes on treadmill, 5 strength training exercises for upper body, stretching
Wed:walked for 30 minutes, 5 strength training exercises for core, stretching
Thu:
Fri:
Sat:

My goals this week:

Two, 15-minute strength training sessions
Two, 15-minute stretching sessions
Two, 30-minute cardio sessions

Sun: rest
Mon: 15-minute strength training
Tue: 30-minute walk (1.6 mi)
Wed: 30-minute walk/run (first run since my surgery!)
Thu: 30-minute walk (1.6 mi)
Fri:
Sat:
