Met my goals this week

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

I am late posting my goals - was sick Sunday and Monday and still recuperating today so I will keep it at 10 mins for today and 20 mins for the rest of the weekdays. 20 mins of ANYTHING!! Just need to get into the habit of moving every day!

Tues - 10 mins - still sick :(
Wed - 20 mins - completed 22 mins on treadmill
Thurs - 20 mins - 20 minute walk outside
Fri - 20 mins - 10 minute walk outside

My goals for this week are strength training every day and walking 5 days this week.
Sun: strength training for core
Mon: Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, strength training for lower body and core.
Tue:Walked 15 minutes on treadmill, 5 minutes on bike, strength training for upper body and core.
Wed: Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, strength training for core.
Thu: Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, strength training for upper body and core.
Fri: Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, strength training for lower body and core.
Sat: strength training for core

My goals for this week are to run three times this week and strength train twice
Run goal 3x done 3x -- goal met
Strength train goal 2x done 2x -- goal met

Wednesday 26 run

Friday 28
Saturday 29 run and ST
