I did less than half of my planned workouts this week


My goals for this week were

Run goal 3x done 1x
Strength train goal 2x done 1x
Indoor row (erg)250 minutes done 68 minutes

It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

My goal is to do strength training every day and walk 5 days out of the week.
Sun: Strength training for upper body.
Mon: Walked 20 minutes on the treadmill. Strength training for lower body and core.
Tue: Walked 25 minutes on the treadmill, 5 minutes on the bike, strength training for upper body and core.
Wed: Walked 20 minutes on the treadmill, strength training for core.
Thu: Walked 20 minutes on the treadmill, strength training for lower body and core.
Fri: Walked 20 minutes on the treadmill, strength training for upper body and core.

Wednesday Walk Missed Wednesday, but did 30 mins Saturday

Sun: 33 min walk
Mon: 30 min walk
Tue: 35 min walk
Wed:35 min walk
Thu: 37 min walk
