I just joined the team, but I guess I only missed Sunday this week. My goal for October is to get 1000 minutes of exercise. I didn't start until today, but I'm still going to shoot for 1k.

Goal this week = 350 minutes

Monday: 84 minutes
Tues: walked to dance class = 85 minutes. hustle class = 45 mins. TOTAL 130 minutes today!

Fri:
Sat:

Took the weekend off so starting with Tuesday this week. Walk every day Tuesday to Friday. Strength training every day.
Tuesday: Walked 15 minutes on treadmill, 5 min on bike at class, strength training for upper body and core.
Wednesday: Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, strength training for core.
Thursday: Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, strength training for lower body and core.
Friday: Walked 15 minutes on treadmill, strength training for upper body and core.
Saturday: Strength training for core.
