I made my goal this week :)

Way to go Monica !! Make sure you give yourself the gold medal :)

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

Done

Sun: bike ride and 1st run
Mon: 1st walk with brother
Tue: 2nd morning hike and CrossFit
Wed: 3rd morning walk with brother, friend and sister, no run

Thu: before leaving for Vancouver, 4th morning walk with neighbour and our dogs - we now not only have our 3 colours of labs (Frida black, Denver chocolate, her Mia, yellow) we also had Eric's Ollie multi-colour, her daughter's Brittany Spaniel white with brown patches

Fri: 5th walk with brother (mall walking on Black Friday was interesting) and 2nd ran on my own
Sat: 3rd run


Planned workouts - Done 10/10
3/3 runs - 5/5 walks or hikes - 1/1 CrossFit - 1/1 bike ride

The Plan
Sun: bike ride and run
Mon: walk with brother
Tue: morning hike and CrossFit
Wed: walk with brother and run on my own
Thu: not sure, I will try to do at least 30 minutes of something - I am going to Vancouver to visit baby Eli and family - so will miss Tai Chi and CrossFit
Fri: walk with brother and run on my own
Sat: walk with Frida and Ollie
