My goal is to exercise every day this week.

Sun: Jessica Smith TV total body strength video
Mon: walk on treadmill
Tue: leg strength training
Wed: walk on treadmill
Thu: walk on treadmill
Fri: Jessica Smith TV abs video
Sat: walk on treadmill
