My goal is to exercise every day this week.

Sun: Jessica Smith TV: hips and glutes; walk on treadmill
Mon: basketball practice
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: abs, back, stability; walk on treadmill
Wed: walk on treadmill
Thu: basketball practice
Fri:
