3/3 swims - 3/3 runs - 2/3 ST - 3/3 stretches ----- 11/12 workouts done

A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.

S 19 1st swim - 1st run - 1st stretch
M 20
T 21 2nd run
W 22 2nd swim - 1st ST - 2nd stretch
T 23
F 24 3rd run 3rd swim 2nd ST 3rd stretch
S 25


11/12 workouts done - ST's and stretches barely done and not as much time spent as a full workout, but done, I'll take it :)

My goal is to exercise every day this week.

Sun: walk outside
Mon: walk outside and Jessica Smith TV total body strength
Tue: Jessica Smith TV strength in stillness
Wed: Jessica Smith TV arms and abs; walk outside; softball practice
Thu: Jessica Smith TV total body stretch; gardening
Fri: Jessica Smith TV lower body
Sat: softball practice; gardening
