All done - 14/13 workouts done - no workouts planned for tomorrow


4/3 swims - 3/3 runs - 3/3 ST - 4/3 stretches - 0/1 Tai Chi -----

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

The Plan -- swim 3x, run 3x, ST 3x, stretch 3x
4/3 swims - 3/3 runs - 3/3 ST - 4/3 stretches - 0/1 Tai Chi ----- 14/13 workouts done


26 S - should have been 1st run
27 M 1st swim - 1st run - 1st ST - 1st stretch
28 T
29 W 2nd swim - 2nd ST - 2nd stretch
30 Th 3rd swim - 3rd stretch skipped Tai Chi
31 F 4th swim - 3rd ST - 4th stretch - 3rd run

Tai Chi didn't work this week because I had extra things to do in the barn Thursday morning


I managed to go swimming 4 times this week and stretched every time I swam in the hot pool

I am training for the 400m swim leg of the Triathlon I do with DH and friend on June 9

All done :) I am not planning to swim, run, ST or stretch tomorrow, I am planning to garden

My goal is to exercise every day this week.

Sun: mowing lawn; gardening
Mon: Jessica Smith TV stepping strength; softball practice
Tue: Jessica Smith TV stretching strength
Wed: Jessica Smith TV total body fusion; softball practice
Thu: Jessica Smith TV core stretch; mowing lawn
Fri: Jessica Smith TV ballet barre
Sat: Jessica Smith TV total body stretch
