My goal is to exercise every day this week.

Sun: Jessica Smith TV: Buns, belly, and thighs yoga; softball practice
Mon: Jessica Smith TV: Standing strength; softball practice
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Yoga for back strengthening
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Ballet barre; softball practice
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: Total body strength
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: Total body stretch; gardening
Sat: Jessica Smith TV: Total body sculpt
