My goals for this week are to row on my rowing machine for 15 minutes early in the day every day.

15 M 2nd row
16 T 3rd row
17 W
18 Th
19 F
20 S 4th row


Yikes, I thought it would be easy. I was really tired on Wednesday, it was a very busy day. I thought I would double up on Thursday, but I got lazy. Then I gave up on Friday because I wouldn't make all the planned rows. Saturday, I had a lot of time, so I did a row. I lost my determination. Try again next week.

Thank you, Deb! I got busy yesterday and forgot to check in.

I am going to take the week off because we are visiting family. Going to try and stay as active as I can.

My goals are the same for this week. 210 minutes of exercise. Wish me luck.

Sun. 20 minutes fast paced walk
Mon. 45 minute walk
Tues. 35 minute walk
Wed. 30 minute walk
Thurs. 20 minute leisure walk with neighbor, 35 minute fast paced.
Fri. Two days worth of walking in 4 and 1/2 hours emoticon
Sat. None
