My goals for this week are to row on my rowing machine for 15 minutes early in the day every day.

7/7 rows done

21 S - 1st row
22 M - 2nd row
23 T - x
24 W - 3rd row
25 T - x
26 F - 4th row
27 S - 5th, 6th and 7th row

I so wanted to get all the rows in this week that when on Saturday I still had 3 rows to go, I rowed morning, noon and night.

My goals are 220 minutes of exercise this week.

Sun. 65 minutes fast paced walk
Mon. None
Tues. 45 minute fast paced with wheelchair
Wed. 70 minute fast paced walk
Thurs. 80 minute fast paced walk
Fri. 80 minute fast paced walk
Sat. 65 minutes fast paced walk

We've got this, ladies!
