For this week

4/7 rows done

Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.
Sopra le nebbie delle valle e le vicende della vita sorge una promessa di luce e serenita.

Monica, you are on a streak with the hikes, June, with the rowing, and me with my walking!
Let's keep up the good work, ladies!

Thank you, Monica, for always posting this even when we don't all join in. It's all about the accountability, and this really does help me.

My goal for this week is: 250 minutes.

Sun. 65 minute fast paced walk
Mon. 45 walk pushing wheelchair
Tues. None
Wed. 70 minute fast paced walk
Thurs. 30 minutes fast paced walk
Fri. 65 minutes fast paced walk..
Sat. None...boo hoo, but we did enjoy our ride in the country...got stuck in construction traffic coming back and really missed my walk time.

Dear N.E.W. Team, here is a chance to set some goals and get rewarded for it!

1.) Post your exercise goals for the week.

2.) Post the days of the week.

3.) Come back and enter your exercises by simply clicking "edit".

4.) At the end of the week let us know how you did. Did you meet or exceed your goals? Did you fall short of the goal?
