12/20 workouts done
0/3 runs - 1/3 ST workouts - 7/7 30min walks - 4/7 Tai Chi

I should have pushed to do more ST and Tai Chi, but decided not to run this week so a sore foot wouldn't get aggravated.
I did 2 Tai Chi classes here in Montreal, one in the park (really enjoyed that one) and another one with another group, plus did a few moves on my own 2 other days

Alright girls, I'm in again. Congrats to you both on reaching your goal last week. We have all been some busy gals lately. June, how awesome that you are in the best shape of your life right now. I didn't quite reach my goal of being fit by 50. Monica, I bet the hike was pretty. Enjoying nature is the best way to exercise.

My goals are 250 minutes this week.

Sun. 20 minute yard mowing, 10 minute strength training
Mon. 30 minute walk/ 10 minute strength
Tues. None
Wed. 45 fast paced walk/15 minute strength
Thurs. 50 minute fast paced walk
Fri. 65 minute fast paced walk
Sat. 25 minute fast paced walk pm...
Wilson County Fair pushing wheelchair ?? hour to an 1 1/2 hours or so of actual walking? Kept him inside in the expo most of the time to cool off.

I am leaving early Monday morning for Montreal, so rowing 7x won't be my goal this week.
I am in Montreal Aug 12-19

I will try to walk 30 minutes per day and do 3 ST and 3 runs and Tai Chi every day. I have a 10k race on August 24, I won't have any trouble finishing it, but it sure won't be one of my best races. Oh well, being fit enough to do it is an accomplishment too. In my 20s 30s and most of my 40s I could not have run a 10k. In my late 40s I started running 5k races and in my 50s and now 60s I try to run at least one 10k a year.

Planned workouts - 12/20 Total - 0/3 runs - 1/3 ST workouts - 7/7 30min walks - 4/7 Tai Chi

11 S 1st Walk - 1st Tai Chi
12 M 2nd walk
13 T 3rd walk - 2nd Tai Chi
14 W 4th walk - 3rd Tai Chi
15 T 5th walk
16 F 6th walk - 4th Tai Chi - 1st ST
17 S 7th Walk

I have a sore achy foot, so I didn't do ANY running. It was okay to walk on.

My goal is to exercise every day this week.

Sun: hike at Ledges state park
Mon: Jessica Smith TV: total body sculpt; walk outside
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: single-sided strength; walk outside; gardening
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: belly, buns, thighs yoga; walk outside; softball practice
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: total body standing strength; walk outside
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: gentle yoga for back; softball practice; gardening
Sat: gardening
