Sorry...I thought I joined...These weeks are flying by! Same as last time...250 minutes

Sun. 60 minute fast paced walk
Mon. 30 minute walk with wheelchair
Tues 45 minute with wheelchair
Wed 65 minute fast paced walk.
Thurs 65 minute fast paced walk
Fri. None
Sat. 65 minute fast paced walk

Sun: Jessica Smith TV: Total body barre workout; gardening
Mon: Jessica Smith TV: Total body strength; softball practice; walk outside
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Total body stretch; walk outside
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Total body sculpt
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: Stretch out stress; walk outside; softball practice
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: Stride and strength; walk outside
Sat: softball practice
