Way to go, Deb - I see you posted at the same time as me and got over your goal plus were plenty active on the other days as well!!

I met my goals


16/16 workouts
7/7 rows - 7/7 walks - 1/1 Tai Chi sessions - 1/1 Strength Training

Hello Ladies,

I'm only in for 200 this week....got Joy Center Yard Sale Friday and Saturday, and we also worked on it tonight instead of walking.

Let's do this, girls!

Sun. 60 minute fast paced walk
Mon. 65 minute fast paced walk
Tues. Yard sale prep/no walking
Wed. 65 minute fast paced walk
Thurs. 70 minute fast paced walk
Fri. Yard sale set up/ball in evening...no walk
Sat. Yard sale/no walk

Met my goal, but sure missed my walking this week!

My goal is the same as last week - 7 rows, 7walks, walk every day, 1 Tai Chi session

16/16 workouts
7/7 rows - 7/7 walks - 1/1 Tai Chi sessions - 1/1 Strength Training

1 S ... 1st walk
2 M ... 2nd walk - 1st row
3 T ... 3rd walk(hike) - 2nd row - 3rd row
4 W ... 4th walk - 4th row
5 T ... 5th walk - Tai Chi
6 F ... 6th walk - Strength Training
7 S ... 7th walk - 5th row - 6th row - 7th row


I completed all my planned workouts, but with bunched rows. Next week I will make it a goal to row at least 6 days out of 7

Mon: Jessica Smith TV: Ab, butt, and thighs barre workout; walk outside
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Standing pilates; walk outside
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Straight-up strength; walk outside
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: HIIT Kickboxing; walk outside
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: Stretch and relax; walk outside; gardening
Sat: Jessica Smith TV: Total body strength
