I met all my goals this week

17/17 workouts
7/7 walks - 7/7 rows - 1/1 row at least 6 days out of 7 - 1/1 Tai Chi - 1/1 ST

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

Good morning, girls! Monica, you're getting your workout early this morning. Way to go!

I'm in for 250 again. This week shouldn't be as busy as last, so that leaves for more outdoor walks.

Sun. 55 minutes fast paced walk
Mon.
Tues.
Wed. 60 minute fast paced walk
Thurs. 60 minute fast paced walk
Fri. ball, 60 minute, moderate activity
Sat. 40 minute fast paced walk

Let's do this!

Same as last week

My goal is 7 walks, 7 rows and 1 Tai Chi and 1 Strength Training workout
Plus row at least 6 days out of 7

17/17 workouts

15 S - 1st row - 1st walk -
16 M - 2nd walk
17 T - 2nd row - 3rd row - 3rd walk
18 W - 4th row - 4th walk
19 T - 5th row - 5th walk - Tai Chi
20 F - 6th row - 6th walk - Strength Training
21 S - 7th row - 7th walk

I met all my goals this week.
I am going to try to row 7/7 days next week, but will stay with making 6/7 days rowing the goal

My goal is to exercise every day this week.

Sun: Jessica Smith TV: Interval cardio and core; mow lawn
Mon: Jessica Smith TV: Cardio strength step circuit; walk outside
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Stride and step; walk outside
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Yoga stretch
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: Cardio and strength circuit
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: Total body strength
