Great job, Team!

June, that is confusing isn't it. The exercise routines are YouTube videos and Jessica Smith TV is the name of her channel YouTube and her website http://jessicasmithtv.com. I follow her on the website because she publishes plans there. I like the plans because I do not have to make any decisions about what to do. I just follow what is prescribed for that day.

Way to go, girls!

Yes, Caleb is my partner when Sue and I walk. Occasionally Daniel and Caleb take turns.
We usually meet up on Monday and Tuesday nights for a walk.

It's a good thing I met my goals without adding Saturday because I did not walk today. My back hurt a bit...I think it was just sleeping in an odd position or something...Not enough to hurt bad or make me feel like I had pulled a muscle or anything...Just that I normally never have any back pain at all, so it got my attention.

I'm in again....250 minutes

Let's do this!

Sun. Sept. 22 30 minute fast paced walk
Mon. 30 minute walk with wheelchair
Tues. 30 minute walk with wheelchair
Wed. 50 minute walk (3.24 miles)
Thurs. 60 minute fast paced walk through Stones River Battlefield
Fri. 60 minute moderate activity Challenger League
Sat.

Same as last week

My goal is 7 walks, 7 rows and 1 Tai Chi and 1 Strength Training workout
Plus row at least 6 days out of 7

17/17 total planned workouts
7/7 rows - 7/7 walks - 1/1 row 6 days - 1/1 Tai Chi - 1/1 Strength Training

S 22 1st row - 1st walk
M 23 2nd row - 2nd walk - 3rd walk
T 24 - 3rd row - 4th walk (hike)
W 25 - 4th row - 5th walk - 6th walk (hike)
T 26 - 5th row - Tai Chi
F 27 - 6th row - Strength Training
S 28 - 7th row - 7th walk

I did all my workouts this week !!
17/17 total planned workouts
Plus I rowed every day this week - I have now rowed 12 days in a row

Mon: Jessica Smith TV: Total body toned; walk outside
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Power interval walk; walk outside
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Total body barre; walk outside
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: Cardio core fusion flow
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: Stress-relieving dynamic stretch
Sat: Jessica Smith TV: Total body sculpt
