Well, I fell short this week. I knew I had Caleb this weekend, but I guess I just didn't think too much about it.

I'll do better next week.

I'm in...changing my plans a bit this week as the days are getting shorter and I have less time before dark.

Instead of focusing on minutes, I will be walking at least 3 miles(almost a 5 K) four nights out of the week and exercising at least 30 minutes two nights out of the week.

Although this is not part of my goal this week, I am striving to improve my 3 mile walk time in under 50 minutes at least once. I've been incorporating jogging into my workouts..very, very, very slowly and very short distances. (y'all get the picture lol) I'm still struggling. I know if I could lose this aggravating gut, I could improve my time to under a 15 minute mile or less again.

Here goes:

Sun. 3.47 miles (55 minutes, 12 seconds)
Mon.
Tues.
Wed. 3.42 miles (56 minutes)
Thurs. 3.65 miles (57 minutes)
Fri. ball 1 hour 15 minutes moderate activity?
Sat.

Let's do this!!

My goal is to exercise every day this week.

Sun: Jessica Smith TV: total body blast
Mon: Jessica Smith TV: cardio ball blast; walk outside
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: strength in stillness
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: stride and strength; walk outside
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: better posture workout; walk outside
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: stress relieving stretch; walk outside; gardening
Sat: Jessica Smith TV: cardio abs kickboxing
