Hi girls!

I'm in again this week. Hopefully I will reach goal this time.

My goals are: (3) fast paced walks of at least one 5 k (3.1 miles) and two thirty minute workouts or activity. Saturday is the Watertown Mile Long hot dog event, so no other planned activity that day since that is an all day event.

Sun. 3.41 miles in 55 minutes.
Mon. 1.53 miles w/wheelchair 31 minutes
Tues. 1.80 miles w/wheelchair 40 minutes
Wed. 3.27 miles , 51 minutes
Thurs. 4.05 miles, 1 hr. 4 minutes
Fri. none
Sat. hot dog cart. :)

My goal is to exercise every day this week.

Sun: Jessica Smith TV: Straight up strength
Mon: Jessica Smith TV: HIIT with kickboxing; walk outside
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Total body strength; walk outside
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Feel good fusion; walk outside
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: Ballet body sculpt; walk outside
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: HIIT for beginners
