6/7 walks, 2/2 hikes, 2/4 Tai Chi, 1/2 ST

A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.

Hi girls! I'm in for (4) 5 K or 3.1 miles and (2) 30 minute walks for the week.

Let's do this, girls!

Sun. Just wasn't feeling it this morning, so I broke my walks into an AM and PM walk,
AM=1.88 miles in 28 minutes, PM= 2.46 miles in 38 minutes
Mon.
Tues.
Wed. 3.29 miles, 50 minutes 54 seconds
Thurs. 3.20 miles, 49 minutes 28 seconds
Fri. 3.20 miles, 49 minutes 21 seconds
Sat. 3.24 miles 49 minutes 16seconds

Fell short by one workout.

14 M 1st walk am - 2nd walk late afternoon
15 T 1st hike - 3rd walk
16 W 2nd hike - 4th walk
17 Th 1st Tai Chi
18 F 1st ST - 5th walk
19 S 2nd Tai Chi - 6th walk

Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Steady state cardio
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Barefoot fusion sculpt
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: Interval cardio + core
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: Cardio step and strength; family walk outside
