I did 8/10 of this week's planned exercises

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

My goal is 7/7 walks this week and at least 1/3 Tai Chi exercise routines - I am on vacation -

Sunday - 1st walk
Monday - 2nd walk - 1st Tai Chi
Tuesday - 3rd walk
Wednesday - 4th walk
Thursday - 5th walk
Friday - 6th walk
Saturday - 7th walk

Hi girls! I'm in!!

My goal is for (3) 5 K walks and (2) workouts at least 30 minutes. I ordered two Jessica Smith Dvd's off Amazon for the winter months and when it is dark shortly after I get off work.I read really great reviews on both DVDs and also had Monica's review. :) Seems like it has kept your interest for quite a while now. It is tough for me to work out inside, but I've got to do something to keep my walking momentum up.

Sun: Garden work
Mon: Jessica Smith TV: Stretch out stress; walk outside
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Fusion sculpt
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Stride and step
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: 15-min cardio + strength
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: Total body strength
Sat: Walk outside
