It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

Hi Team

I've been a bit swamped lately, I hope to be back on the team cafe thread soon

My workout goals for this week

10/15 total workouts
4/7 walks - 1/2 hikes - 2/3 swims - 2/2 ST workouts - 1/3 Tai Chi

10 Sunday - 1st swim - 1st ST workout - 1st Tai Chi
11 Monday - 1st walk (in the morning) - 2nd walk (with Frida, Denver and Ollie in the afternoon)
12 Tuesday - 1st hike
13 Wednesday - 3rd walk
14 Thursday - 4th walk - 1st Tai Chi - 2nd swim
15 Friday - 2nd ST workout
16 Saturday - rest day

Mon: Jessica Smith TV: Low impact cardio blast
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Body weight only butt exercises
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Cardio plus coordination drills
Thu:
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: Stepping strength
Sat: Basketball
