A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.

Joining late

My goal is 7 total workouts
2/3 swims, 1/2 ST workouts, 1/1 hike, 1:1 Tai Chi session

5/7 workouts done

1 Sunday:
2 Monday: 1st swim
3 Tuesday: 1st hike
4 Wednesday: 2nd swim
5 Thursday: Tai Chi
6 Friday: 1st ST
7 Saturday

Sun: Jessica Smith TV: Total body standing strength
Mon: Jessica Smith TV: Cardio and strength circuit; walk outside; basketball practice
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: 15 minute abs & core
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Stepping strength
Thu:
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: Yoga stretch
Sat: Basketball
