My goal is to exercise every day this week.

Sun: Jessica Smith TV: 20-minute cardio sculpt
Mon: Jessica Smith TV: Interval cardio + core; walk outside
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Core stretch
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Met Con 5
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: Chair yoga
Fri: walk on treadmill
Sat: walk on treadmill
