6/13 workouts done -- it was an irregular week

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

My goal is 13 workouts
Done
3/3 cardio workouts - 1/2 strength training workouts - 0/1 Tai Chi session - 2/7 morning stretches


22 S 1st cardio - bike ride
23M 2nd cardio - swim
24 T 3rd cardio - hike
25 W
26 T 1st stretch
27 F went to the gym and worked out in the weight room = 1st ST -- 2nd stretch

I forgot this week I was staying home most of the week and didn't have the usual Wednesday swimming (Christmas), Thursday Tai Chi (we meet in a church basement that was being used) or Friday ST fitness class with Stefanie (we decided as a class to take this day off). I don't know what I was thinking when I planned the workouts, although I could easily have done the stretching, Tai Chi and ST at home. I got distracted and forgot about the plan. Funny thing is I got all the cardio workouts done, and they were not at home :)

Plus, for some reason, I guess holiday schedule difference, I almost completely forgot about my morning stretches.

6/13 workouts done -- it was an irregular week

Sun: Jessica Smith TV: Stretch out stress, gardening work
Mon: Jessica Smith TV: Total body strength training, moving boxes
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Quick cardio blast, moving boxes
Wed: Jessica Smith TV: Belly, buns, and thighs yoga
Thu: Jessica Smith TV: Full body stretching routine
Fri: Walk on treadmill
Sat: Walk on treadmill
