I met my goal this week - 7 out of 7 - active every day

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

19 S walking
20 M walking and swimming
21 T Cross-Training class at gym ..( the hiking trail was still icy and slippery )
22 W swimming
23 T Tai Chi
24 F hike by the creek with Ollie and Frida
25 S cycling

Mon: Walk on treadmill
Tue: Jessica Smith TV: Total body sculpt
Wed: Walk on treadmill
Thu:
Fri: Jessica Smith TV: 15-min upper body burn
Sat: Jessica Smith TV: 15-min lower body blast
