I really like coach Nicoles desk workout videos. I also find that spending some time on the day before you start your week buying groceries, cleaning produce and perhaps cooking for a week of lunches really helps me stay on track. You can handle this! Best wishes :-)

Hey everyone!! I just wanted to post up that I am going back to work on Monday and I am becoming more and more stressed about it. Monday is back to school for my daughter and I start work before she even starts school. That's issue number one. Issue number two is that I am going back to work in a desk job and I am worried that I won't lose weight the way that I was while I was staying at home. Issue number three is making sure that I get all of my food packed and ready for myself and daughter for the day. Issue four is that I will start to gain weight going back to work and lose all of the progress that I have made. Can someone please help with a little bit of advice on how to make sure that I am getting all of my exercise in as well as make sure I stay on my diet.

Thank you so much!!
