emoticon Sign Up Here For Our Biggest Loser End of Summer Challenge!


• Please DO NOT sign up if you can't make the commitment to post several times a week in support of your team mates. Many have done this in the past and it isn't fair to the rest of the team.


Our challenge will run 6 weeks starting Tuesday, Aug. 3rd. through Tuesday, Sept. 14th.

We will be having 2 teams competing. When the time comes I will send out SparkMails to let you know what team you will be on and will also set up the team threads close to the start date.

• If you miss the Starting Weigh In (Tuesday, Aug. 3rd.) you will automatically be disqualified.



******************PLEASE READ

The rules are basically the same as The Biggest Loser TV show and with what most of you are familiar with here on our team and on other similar team challenges here on SparkPeople.

We will be going by "Percentage of Weight Lost" each week and overall at the end of our challenge.

We will also be competing individually for exercise minutes each week. (Exercise is optional of course but
encouraged.)

• Members will be eliminated if they miss two consecutive weigh ins or are NOT participating and supporting their team mates by posting "several times a week".

• Each team will be having their own separate threads. (Support / Mini Challenges, Weigh In and Exercise Accountability.)

emoticon Your Team's Support Thread:
Where you will post how you're doing, ask questions and offer support "several times a week". We'll be having Mini Challenges which are optional but hopefully you'll join in.

emoticon Your Team's Weigh In Thread:
Where you will post your weigh in information each week (on Tuesdays by midnight PDST (Los Angeles)) along with your total (only) exercise minutes using the set up template I post each week on Mondays. If you post late you will not be counted.

• DO NOT EDIT your weigh in information. This means do NOT go back to your previous weigh in post (the week before) and edit in your current weight. Use the template I post each Monday.

• Weekly Results will be posted by Thursday evening in our Team Challenges ♦ Weigh Ins Forum

emoticon Your Team's Exercise Accountability Thread:
In order to qualify for the exercise winner of the week you must post (update) at least 3-4 times a week what type of exercise you did and for how long (each day). Doing exercise is optional but encouraged.

It's alright to edit your posts during the week but at the start of each week (Tuesday) make a new one (post) using the template I post on Mondays.

Yep I'll give it another round!!! Thanks for the invite.

Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.

emoticon Sign Up Here For Our Biggest Loser End of Summer Challenge!


• Please DO NOT sign up if you can't make the commitment to post several times a week in support of your team mates. Many have done this in the past and it isn't fair to the rest of the team.


Our challenge will run 6 weeks starting Tuesday, Aug. 3rd. through Tuesday, Sept. 14th.

We will be having 2 teams competing. When the time comes I will send out SparkMails to let you know what team you will be on and will also set up the team threads close to the start date.

• If you miss the Starting Weigh In (Tuesday, Aug. 3rd.) you will automatically be disqualified.



******************PLEASE READ

The rules are basically the same as The Biggest Loser TV show and with what most of you are familiar with here on our team and on other similar team challenges here on SparkPeople.

We will be going by "Percentage of Weight Lost" each week and overall at the end of our challenge.

We will also be competing individually for exercise minutes each week. (Exercise is optional of course but
encouraged.)

• Members will be eliminated if they miss two consecutive weigh ins or are NOT participating and supporting their team mates by posting "several times a week".

• Each team will be having their own separate threads. (Support / Mini Challenges, Weigh In and Exercise Accountability.)

emoticon Your Team's Support Thread:
Where you will post how you're doing, ask questions and offer support "several times a week". We'll be having Mini Challenges which are optional but hopefully you'll join in.

emoticon Your Team's Weigh In Thread:
Where you will post your weigh in information each week (on Tuesdays by midnight PDST (Los Angeles)) along with your total (only) exercise minutes using the set up template I post each week on Mondays. If you post late you will not be counted.

• DO NOT EDIT your weigh in information. This means do NOT go back to your previous weigh in post (the week before) and edit in your current weight. Use the template I post each Monday.

• Weekly Results will be posted by Thursday evening in our Team Challenges ♦ Weigh Ins Forum

emoticon Your Team's Exercise Accountability Thread:
In order to qualify for the exercise winner of the week you must post (update) at least 3-4 times a week what type of exercise you did and for how long (each day). Doing exercise is optional but encouraged.

It's alright to edit your posts during the week but at the start of each week (Tuesday) make a new one (post) using the template I post on Mondays.
