Do you reward yourself?

I have rewarded myself at big mile stone
50 lbs- new cloths and makeup
100lbs - Acrylic nails ( which i still have and love them LOL )
and when i read my goal weight i am getting a new tattoo

i try hard not to give myself food rewards so i can stay on track with my journey

Ya know the longer I do this the less I feel the need to reward myself. It's like I'm to the point where I feel my journey is a reward in it self. Believe me I still have my days but for the most part I have been able to maintain.

I still reward myself with food but the more expensive kind (still lowcal). Like vegetables, fruits or a good vegan dinner.

I just don't have the patience to wait.

I need to work on a rewards system too Sonia. I have good intentions but never get it done. Maybe we can help each other out.

I try to reward myself but I don't have a good system at all. I had a great plan when I started a year ago, I was going to get a pair of Lularoe leggings for every 10 pounds lost. Well let me just say - I am at the same weight and have about 20 pairs of Lula leggings. NOT A GOOD SYSTEM!

November 28th marks my one year anniversary of "rejoining" Spark. By then I plan on having some kind of reward system that is not something I could lose control over. Probably stars on a calendar or something real simple for a daily system. Nothing I can get addicted to LOL

As you lose weight or stick to whichever program or lifestyle change you are following, or if you meet an exercise commitment or other kind of goal - do you reward yourself? And if so, how have you or how do you plan to?

For the first six weeks of being back on Spark and working on losing weight and getting healthier I bought three pairs of fun colourful socks. I decided for me I'd acknowledge the work on sticking to changes rather than a weight loss goal - however I know that can motivate some people.
