I am in the same position, me, my boyfriend, our baby boy, and the dog currently live with my parents. There are some days when the house does not feel big enough for all of us. We decided to move closer to my work when I was pregnant so that I didn't have to commute to work for an hour each way, and also so we could be closer to the hospital. My bf was having trouble finding work, and with me going out on maternity leave we didn't have enough money to get a place on our own. It has been almost a year now, and although I appreciate my mom letting us move in, I am going insane! She for some reason thinks that I do nothing all day (like taking care of and infant and taking 12 units of online classes is nothing!) and that I can do the dishes, cook dinner and clean the house everyday. Thank goodness my bf just got a really great job with the county, and eventhough we have to wait a few months before we can move there is still light at the end of the tunnel. emoticon

I currently live with my parents. Well, me, my boyfriend, my dog and our son do. It has been a struggle. My parents help us with daycare which we wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. I got demoted at work and my boyfriend got fired right before I had our baby. We were fortunate enough to have my parents close and willing to help us.

I would love to have our own apartment again, but it's just not in the foreseeable future. At least not until my boyfriend and I get new jobs.

I am currently living with my parents as well. Make that me, my husband, my three kids, two dogs and three cats! Bless my parents for putting up with us. We are trying to sell our home in TN but my husband had to start his new job in NJ (near my parents). We just couldn't carry mortgage and rent for an indefinite amt of time. Hopefully our house will sell soon and everyone can get their own space. Good luck.

I understand your frustration! My hubby and I lived with both his family and mine for about a year or so and it was really toguh on all relationships... Best fix... Get out on your own! Now his parents are letting their house go and they are not even trying to find a place thinking they can come push me around in my house... As mean as it sounds I dont think thats happening!
Just hang in there till school is done.. it doesn helping not paying rent or having cheaper rent!

Goals Set for 2012:

By 5/10 - Reach 220 (I was 1.1 pound off!)
Reward: Didnt follow diet for mother's day!

By 7/2 - Reach 205
Reward: San Diego Trip

By 9/13 - Reach 190
Have a nice romantic dinner with Hubby

By 12/5 - Reach 175
Not sure what I would like to reward myself with here.. Maybe a new outfit for my birthday!

End of Year I would like to be down to 170

My fiance and I do. I think I am about to crack. On top of taking care of my family. My mom assumes that I should clean up the filth that the 3 other adults, (my mother, father, and sister) that live in the house accumulate. Apparently, she is toooooo busy to do it herself. I work and go to school. I am soooo irritated. Ugh. I did NOT sign up for this.
