I love Mrs Dash, Sea Salt, sea salt and garlic blend (if I use this I skip the sea salt), garlic and pepper blend, garlic, pepper, chilli powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cumin, sage....


Herbs I currently have cilantro, basil, lemon basil and rosemary.

Also banana and jalepeno peppers.

it says i should stock up on healthy spices in todays family health & wellness newsletter. i use paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon & mrs. das italian medley. are these healthy spices?
