Hi everyone. I look forward to meeting you all. I almost reached my original goal a few years ago and my doctor at the time said I should not lose any more weight as he thought I was fine. Life resumed and then recently I developed a few health issues. Now I am on a mission to lower my cholesterol level and prove to the doctor I can do this and NOT go on medication! I truly believe my body isn't betraying me but this high level has been caused by the last 9 months of stress levels and sedate life-style along with eating my 'old' favorites in an attempt to cheer myself up. So here i am again, running shoes on, food scale in view and determined to lose this weight I have gained and get back to health. I have started dieting about a week ago and have already dropped 5 lbs so am pleased but see my Specialist in 2 months so i have a lot of work to do LOL.

Always be a first-rate version of yourself, Instead of being the second.
