Joe is always somewhere in the world, I don't know how he does it. I know his schedule is usually posted on his website. I found this link about what to do with pulp.

Oh how wonderful! I would love to meet him. But, I doubt he will be in Germany any time soon....
I am going to try making things with the pulp, so I'll try to remember to post here if I find a winner.
The dog cookies sound like a great way to use them. I have given my pulp, along with peelings, etc. to a friend that has chickens.

Joe Cross rocks - I met him last year and he is really nice. I've made dog cookies from the pulp even though I don't have a dog, but I've been told they are to die for LOL Usually I will run all pulp through a second time to get as much juice as possible. I'm not much for cooking with it, I've seen plenty of recipes on line including on Reboot with Joe's website.

I have used the carrot pulp to make a salad - adding mayo, raisins, etc.

I have seen several recipes on Joe Cross' website that uses pulp. One I want to try is one that makes crackers out of it.

Great... what else do you put in it? Egg, flour, baking powder?

Dear juicers!
I spend a lot of money on organic veggies and fruit, and I hate putting most of it in the bin in the pulp. So, i thought i'd come up with some recipes what to do with the pulp.
From apple ginger and carrot juice pulp i've made a cake (add egg, agavesyrup, flour and baking powder)...
But, do you have any more tips what to do with other flavours like cabbage or something like that?
