I have been MIA from Spark People for some time, I'm back emoticon

One of my goals for 2020 is consistency! Now that the weight is down 20 pounds, I have been working on maintaining it.

I'm back in the gym emoticon
Working out 3x a week-Cardio and weights
Healthier meals that include more organic vegetables and more fiber in the diet
