I cannot chose one, unless I get to chose a new one every week emoticon

But if I have to.....ehm...I'd chose the 500 calorie workout. I did it only once but really liked it. I felt so energized afterwards!

That's a tough one. I really like Max Cardio Burn + abs with Allie using the fanny lifter. It's a long one(55 mins) but the time flies by. You sure do work up a sweat.

Total Body Toner

It's a full body, weight only workout and the time flies! It some great moves and combinations in it; things I have never thought to pair together before. It's one that leaves my whole body screaming as well as feeling relaxed. In 40 minutes time, I have hit every muscle group and hard, especially when I challenge myself with much heavier weights. Nothing tricky or complicated, just an excellent workout! The set is also light and airy, nothing hard on the eyes like The Wave or 500 Calorie, IMO.

500 Calorie Burn because it has a lot of variety and I could shorten it if necessary.

Cross Trainers Super Sculpting. The only thing it's lacking is good abs, but other than that, it kicks my legs, biceps, shoulders, triceps... everything. AND it's a classic Firm :)

I read this thread a couple of weeks ago, and didn't respond because I couldn't decide. I did Cardio Sculpt today, and I think I'm going to go with that one. A great workout.

I have to say if I had to pick one; it would the one that started it all: The Firm Classics Workout Volume 1 with Susan Harris. Of course the video is dated (i.e. music, set and costumes) but the workout still kicks my butt. You don't need a lot of equipment and the moves are straight forward.

No fair! Who wants to choose just one - there are so many to love! Okay, just one? Ultimate Fat Burning - fun workout, excellent cues, easy to follow movements.

It would be the Ultimate Fat Blaster. The more I do it, the more it outshines every other Firm DVD I ever loved.

If I can see it, then I can achieve it.

I'd do #6 Boomers with Jayne Poteet. It's a great overall workout that's not too dancy or difficult.

I think I would choose Cardio Inferno. It is short, but it kicks my butt.

I like so many it's hard to choose! I think if I had to, I would pick Hard Core Fusion. It's the first FIRM workout I did and it's the whole that hooked me on the FIRM.

Nancy :)

Hmmm... Calorie Killer is my favorite but lacks a bit in the strength training. I think Aerobic Body Shaping with Alli. She's my favorite instructor.

I'd have to say Total Body Time-Crunch.

LEMONCHESS - I just did the 500 Calorie Workout for the first time today too - lots of fast moves, but not too much for me to keep up with. I love that Kelsie changes the routine every 5 minutes - and those pushups are killers!

MRSPRINCESS07 - I have that set too, but with 4 DVDs and I haven't done Total Sculpt + Abs in a long time... think I'll schedule it for Tuesday since I'll need to rest from lifting tomorrow.

To answer the original question, I'm not sure if I could choose only one!

BTW - Does anyone have Core Solutions and is it a good ab workout?

Total Sculpt + Abs with Jen Carmen. This was (3 DVDs Total) my first system with The Firm (BSS2) when it came out on the infomercials. Of the 3 DVDs, this was the one I enjoyed the most and I honestly still do. It's a solid lifting DVD with no cardio. I think Jen is an excellent instructor who's cuing is perfect! I in fact bought this DVD again bc my original one no longer played well!

That's a tough question! I think I would choose Complete Aerobics and Weight Training with Emily. I like her personality and the combination of cardio and strength.

There are many other favorites for me including the Firm 500 Calorie Workout which I tried for the first time today!
