Hi Queens, I've been MIA as well but I promised God if he healed my legs I wld exercise daily and be the most fit and best me I can be - so I'm off for a quick bike ride and ready for the "Do Me" challenge!!

Hey Team! It has been a LOOOOONG time since I've posted. I've been so busy with work, husband, the kids that I slipped big time. Now I'm back and plan to take time to "DO ME".... I plan to hit the treadmill in just a few minutes along with the stationary bike and do some free weights. I have a goal for August and I plan to reach it. Stay strong my sistas... Well I did my bike riding at the local park with my hubby bright and early this morning. We rode for about 45 mins which is longer than the last ride. I also received my visit from mother nature which I hope won't slow me down when it comes to my cardio. I will make sure it doesn't.

Tomorrow's dinner will be ribs bbq'd potato salad, and turnips. (Portion control) But to make up for this I will have no meat, lots of veggies and little bread and of course plenty of water Tue and Wed. Wish me luck.

I made it through this weekend by avoiding every barbecue request. I will go next time ha ha. I did well this week and do not want to waste it all on one day.
Weekly goals 24-30 walk daily 30 minutes,Sun-Fri
an additional 30 min cardio Sun, Mon, Wed, and Fri
Tues and Thursday weight train
Last week I added green tea before bed,this week I will add,during luch, Acai Berry mix from GNC calories in between 1200 and 1500.

Hi ladies, not new to sparks but haven't posted much.

This week I slowed down a bit didn't work out as much as the week before. I'm not sure if I over did it the week before with six days of 45mins to 1 hour cardio 30 mins walking 3 days a week.

This week I did 45 mins cardio Tue, Fri and today. I did 30 mins walking 3 days a week.

I'm doing pretty good with getting in my fruits, veggies and lean protein. Haven't had much trouble craving sweets, I thinks its because the fruit I'm having three times a day has been pretty sweet. Water hasn't been a problem for me either, except going to the restroom every hour or its seems twice an hour.

One thing I need to work on is not lying down to bed so soon after dinner.

My goal for the week of May 24 - May 30

45mins cardio Mon, Tue, Thur
bike riding Sat 1 hour (maybe sun as well)
30mins walking lunch break Mon-Fri
stretching before bed every night

Keeping up my water intake,
Have veggies, fruits and lean protein on hand and try at least one new veggie and/or new healthy recipe
Have a wonderful holiday ladies emoticon

worked hard 21st and 22nd. I feel good. I can tell the difference in my clothes. I am tryng very hard to stay on task this weekend or I feel it is all for nothing. drinking plenty of water and walking.

cardio ( 30-60 min per day ) emoticon
fruit/veggies emoticon emoticon
motivate & post emoticon

Mon= emoticon

Tue= emoticon

Wed= emoticon

Thu= emoticon all except my calorie range for some reason I went over a bit , emoticon

Fri= emoticon have a happy Friday & weekend BBQ !!!


Sat= emoticon except for calorie range...I had some veggie pizza which may have taken me over a bit !

Sun=rest day

DEE I would say stay focused. drink plenty of water, and walk. ( I have been very focused on everything I put in my mouth and I track it through the nutrition on sparkspeople. I am a different person without this weight on~ Goals met 5/14/09. at lunch today I will walk the 45 minutes.
