I shall have a look at these sites.
I only ever ballpark guess my calories. I find it so hard to work out how many calories I'm taking onboard when so many of the products I use have little or no nutritional data on them.
I may or may not try to make a better effort to track calories eaten, but then, I can't even track calories used with any accuracy.

The one I mentioned is caloriecount.about.com/ but there is a list of quite a few sites where you can check calories in "Useful sites for calories" in the "Nutritional values forum" at the bottom of the main page.

Not sure if this is the right one. I did a search using the words calorie counting and it gave me this one.

Just had a quick look at it and I think it will be quite useful- it's got all the UK supermarkets on it.

I use calorie count!
Very good for finding calorie values and also if you sign up they send you some interesting emails, with good information. Just another healthy eating tool I use as well as spark!

Hi, has anyone tried the "calorie count" site. Stumbled accross it today and not sure what to make of it. Good for finding calories though. It does have a large list of UK foods.
