L Above Knee:24.5
R Calf: 19.5
L Upper Arm: 17

I took the biggest side of the Left or Right side. I must be lop sided as my upper arm on the R is 16.LOL

We all know the scale can be our friend some days and our enemy the next. The fact is we love hopping on it and we often get discouraged because it has went up after working so hard, but many things can cause the scale to be inaccurate; so that is why I want us to see real results. If we keep track of our measurements then we know when we lose an inch we are making progress even if the scale doesn't show any. emoticon
