Did the 30 Minute Circuit with the Trainer, plus - with his Careful Coaching & Adjustments of the machines! - did the Leg Machines which I usually skip because of my knees.
It felt ok, and I don't think they hurt as much as usual the rest of the day.
Strange!!

Anybody here participate? I took two just the other day: "Chest and biceps" and "Legs and Shoulders." I was the only participant in one, so had the trainer all to myself; in the other, there was only one additional person. Kinda fun; did some different activities I hadn't tried before.
