I saw you are looking for ideas for challenges. Has anyone suggested the local Colorado teams challenge each other to rack up the most minutes in a week.
This would give us 4 challenges per month.
Are the Spark America minutes all minutes aerobic and strength? if yes, we could do
Week #1 challenge most aerobic minutes
Week #2 challenge most strength minutes
Week #3 challenge most combined minutes
Week #4 challenge most crazy minutes bonus points for the longest durations, etc.
There's my two cents.
