I've been averaging 9-10 glasses a day lately -- but I'm supposed to be drinking 11! Still it is a general uptick from the 8 I had been doing. Still working on drinking more and more....

Today though! A very busy day and not necessarily a pleasant one! It is 5 p.m. and I've had 32 oz water -- less than half! SO I'll really be racing to the toilet all this evening!
