turbo, Is it a 26week program? That's what it looks like on the webpage, so I'm confused. I'm new to "Running" and am not sure I'd be ready for an actual race. Does the fee cover you for all year?

You are so right about the doors opening. I have decided to make changes in my life this year (scary) that I would have only dreamed of doing in the past. I have made changes already and am amazed at what is already happening with my life this year. That old saying about if you always do what you've always done the results will be the same. You have to change things up and see where it leads you. Thanks for the post, you hit the nail right on the head.

There is a program in Albuquerque called No Boundries. If one of your new years resolutions was to get in shape and you need help getting cardio in, please come join us!

We start up on January 30, 9am at the Alameda open space. Parking is tight so please come early so you can get a space or carpool with someone.

No Boundries (formerly In Motion) is a running program for the begining runner to help you run your first 5k.

For people who have been running a while and wish to step it up, we also have a 10k and a half marathon program.

Our goal race this year is the Unser 5k, 10k, and half marathon on April 17.

There is a fee for the program. You can sign up at Fleet Feet on Menaul and Wyoming in the Hoffmantown Shopping Center or you can contact us at for online registration info!

No Boundries leads in to Albuquerque Fit which starts in April and will have a half marathon and marathon training program along with a 10k plan.

I've been coaching these programs for 4 years now and my best friends in the world have all come from here.

We are a social group with a running problem!

I'd love to have you come join us!

For beginners, the program starts with a 1 minute run and a 9 minute walk.

The 10k starts with a 2 mile run and the half marathon starts with a 3 mile run. FOr the half,it is recomended that you already be comfortably running 4 miles.
