Guys are often odd when their women are making a change, They always think you are looking for something new :/ The first few weeks are the hardest. I am blessed with a hubby that will walk with me.It is about the only thing I can do most of the time. Try to get him on board,it really helps. Mean while do not try to make too many crazy changes at once. Baby steps :) emoticon

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it. For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

I think the first three weeks are really tough. Even if you see the weight coming off (and you may or may not), it is hard to keep going with the new way of eating and looking at food. That said, it most certainly can be done!

I hope I can really do this... I need to better myself. No more salty foods! I am not big on sugar but salt gets me. He's not happy about the change. But in the end when I'm looking great I don't think he will be complaining. I really hope I don't give up. I have that problem, if I don't see it getting better, I stop and walk away.
