Hi all, I'm just starting on this everyday program, some days I go out on my rollerblades for an hour, but others it's raining so I have to do something else, I have a stationary pedaler at home, so am using that. Sometimes for only 10 min., well it's a start. I'm finding that it does make a difference in how I feel-- more energy overall. Thanks for being here!

Did some rollerblading today at sunset along the marina, listening to Susan Boyle. Fabulous.

Tuesdays and Fridays I trainer with my personal trainer for an hour. On Saturday and Sunday I help teach swimming for handicapped or disabled kids for 2 to 3 hours. The other days I go to The gym for an hour or so or I do water aerobics.

I walk 4 miles every AM, do 20 flights of stairs each day, 4 days a week go to Silver Sneakers class at Ballys, walk the dog for 1.5 miles. I try to do 100 reverse crunches, plus 3 sets of 100 each of leg exercises for abs and glutes, play ball at park with dog, mall walk for 1 hour, and clean house each day. I usually am to tired to do any other activities.
My spirit would like to do other things for fun but my body is exhausted.
I'm in my mid 60's, and stairs are painful for me. As far as walking, I get up from chairs like an old lady, everything crackles. My family tells me not to overdue it, I tell them I just do all the exercise so that I'm able to continue to walk without a cane, and continue to take care of my home and husband. I have friends and family members that are younger than myself that can hardly walk because of knee and foot problems.
I'm going to try harder to fit in something fun each day, like tennis, bowling, ice skating, or golf.

will start to do exercises tomorrow that don't require the use of my knee hlep me to stay motivated love tamar
