60 minute exercise class, which, incidently, I had to lead at the last minute. Whew, somehow, we did fine. No time to get nervous. 20 min aerobics, 20 min with weights and 20 min floor work and cool/stretch.

Then walked another 20 min with DH. I'm done!!

Everybody, keep up the good work.

I have started exercises again. I have trouble walking and standing due to a leg break 6 years ago. I walk with a cane. Lately my leg has cramps. I went for my 6 months checkup Tuesday. My DR. said my leg muscles have tightened up. Yesterday I started walking down and back in my long hall in the house and chair exercises. I did 6 min. walking and 5 min. chair exercises. Hope to increase the time and when the weather gets good will be able to walk outside. Bev.

Not feelin it today, just 30 min on stability ball, mostly just bouncing up and down. Will get back on the path tomorrow, we'll just call today my day of rest. LOL. I'm pretending like I don't have a car these days and have started walking to my office, again. (My boss hates that I don't have a car readily available should he need something but I'm not giving in.) It takes me 10 minutes to walk to work and another 10 to walk home. Plus, if I go home for lunch I get an extra 20 minutes and this doesn't even include walking to and from the gym. WOO HOO.

february 23, day 24, walked 30 minutes slowly with a friend. :)

Thanks for the well wishes. Feeling a bit better today. Had heavy bleeding yesterday and was cramping (sorry if TMI). Today I just feel weak like I need iron!!

I have a new goal: be able to run a mile without stopping by April 15th. There is a plan on SP by that same name that I am going to use and today was Day 1 of run 1 min walk 4 min and repeat for a total of 4. Went just fine. Also walked additional 50 min.

I missed yesterday so I have to reset my streak but today I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, and because of a Sparkpeople article on Thursday, the one that asked if you were cheating yourself at the gym, I did todays run at elevation.

I also did weight training, but I didn't time it.

MOOSE - It really sounds like fun... I don't see much snow around here though in Southern California :) One day, I will have to make myself try it though. Good for you for getting in what you can in the bad weather. That's what this 10 minute streak is all about!
