Congratulations! We don't have size 4. We start at 8, then 10, 12,14, and so on. When I began I was a size 16, now I am a twelve. Interesting, really. That's what Eva Langoria's character was talking about- her dress size when she was going to the reunion, I suppose!

I have lost 1/2 pound, but lost inches 2,
So i am happy about that.
Now I can fit into A size 4!!!

Yesterday,
I did a total of 5 miles walking.
10 minutes weighed hula hooping,
& 15 minutes of exersizeing.
My weigh in is today, so i will let you all know how i did.

I spent most of my day doing the honey do list. I then walked for 30 mins around the neighborhood.

2.5 mines in 30 minutes yahoo.

I haven't missed a day since Wednesday. Yesterday I was able to get in a full hour of pilates and I walked around shopping for about an hour too. Today I'm going to do strength and cardio.

I can do anything I put my mind to. Even this!

I just spent th epast xeveral hours with a friend walking into town 20 minutes and walking around the local festival fo r80+ minutes then back home again another 20 minutes. Boy are my legs tired , but I feel great!

Across the lagoons they come, flotillas of small canoes and outboards bearing gifts: a cup of saimin, a bottle of water, a turtle.

Well, this is 13 days in a row for me walking. I'm on a streak and it's hard to break a streak once it's going .

I also consulted a personal trainer who I'm pretty sure tried to murder me. And here's the best part! I paid $200.00 for him to try to kill me again 8 more times! Hardest I've ever worked. Almost passed out and puked!

My regular classes start this Monday and Wednesday for a month. Well, see how well I get my butt kicked!

Day 41. Out walking my daughter's dog before it got tooo hot. 20 minutes up and down at mostly a dead run. I could NOT have handled that 2 months ago!

Yippee! 50 minutes hiking, and got up 3 small hills today - I'm getting a bit stronger with more endurance every day! I love it.

I plan on staying focused today..
I am going to do 15 minutes of hooping,
20 minutes of exersizes.
I will walk up & down the stairs for 15 minutes,
Since I can not go out walking.
This rain really needs to go away...

wow - you guys motivate me! I ended up doing some heavy cleaning yesterday for 3 hours - including moving beds, lugging boxes up and downstairs, bending, stretching, twisting, lots of moving around. My kids are messy! I didn't resent having to do it though because the whole time I was thinking - "I'm burning those cals, I'm burning those cals".

Cape Cod....I'm looking to take a vacation there this year. I want to get out more but am so embarrassed by the weight issue. Feel very self conscious so I tend to hide at home...Am working on it starting today though. My gift to myself is that trip to Cape Cod if I make it halfway to my goal. emoticon

Not sure of the name of the machine, but think it is called Easy Rider..
I got in 30, pulls on my machine. uses one weight, as resistance, pull, uses the arms and the back, and legs.
Hope to increase that, maybe do more of the later today.

I did 30 - have a machine my friend gave me. Sit on it pull, bar ..works the back, legs thighs. It uses your weight as a resantance.
I didn't do any more because afraid of leg cramps.
